is a public resource of geographic information which has been compiled for information purposes only
and is not “live” data. Utmost care is being taken to ensure that the data is free from errors as is
reasonably practical but the Ministry makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect
to the data, their quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular use or purpose.
The Ministry, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or any other occurrence, including
consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of the data. Users are notified that the data
layers do not take the place of licensed surveys or other primary source documentation.
